How long does it take the carpet to dry?

Between 8-10 hours. It is damp, not soaking wet. We recommend you run the air conditioner to help dry faster. Also, if you are moving into a new home, we recommend that you wait 24 hours before doing so.
What type of cleaning method do you use?

The most common method we use is truck-mounted hot water extraction. We can also use a portable hot water extraction machine for office buildings and high-rise residential units.
What can I do to get a stain out?

Our answer is don't try it yourself. Some products can set a stain, making it impossible for us to remove.
What kind of guarantee do you have?

No one can guarantee the complete removal of stains or to make your worn traffic areas look new, however, we always call our customers within a few days to make certain the service was satisfactory. If you are not satisfied, tell us. We will always come back out at no additional charge.

Wow! Blown away by the great service. Corey came by a couple weeks ago and was exceptional! He did all my carpeted bedrooms and living rooms. He also did the tile in the bathrooms and kitchen.
